Set up the tribute offering on your website
Branding - name your tribute fund scheme so that supporters understand the concept and it links with your charity’s brand.
Get tributes on your website with clear signposting.
Include a case study (video, quote, imagery) - whatever you have the budget for.
Involve your digital team/colleagues from the beginning; you need them behind you in order to get the service live.

Promotion, promotion, promotion
So important it's worth repeating. Get your plans in place for internal promotion and external promotion, it's crucial your team members and your supporter base know about the scheme and how it helps your charity.
Make yourself known - establish yourself internally as the main tribute fund contact and include your contact details wherever tribute funds are beginning promoted.
