A series of short video guides for those new to MuchLoved, designed to help you get started using tribute funds.
Step 1: Log in to your Partner Area via www.muchloved.com
Click 'Login' at the top right of the screen, add your email address and password and click 'Login'.
Step 2: Once in your Partner Area click on the 'Dedication Pages' tab along the top banner.
Step 3: Choose the campaign for which you want to download a QR code.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to view the QR code settings box.
Step 5: Click the download link to download your QR code. The QR code will download as a PNG file.
Top tip: If you want to use a QR code with a logo, please check the code works before publishing it or sharing it. On rare occasions adding an image to the QR code can stop it working. If that happens, try using a smaller logo and ensuring there is white space around the central image.
Step 1. Click the 'Add/remove logo' link in the QR code settings.
Step 2: Click on the 'Select logo file...' button to upload your logo image from your device.
Step 3: Click the 'Regenerate QR Code' button. You will be taken back to the main settings screen of the campaign. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view and download your new QR code as per Step 4 above.
Simply click the 'Regenerate QR Code' button without first uploading an image file. A replacement QR code is created without a logo.
