On hand to help all of our partners and tribute users, the team offer both support and training advice, as well as overseeing charitable donations. Available Monday to Friday via phone and email, they also monitor messages and emails out of hours, in case of any urgent queries.

Sarah has worked at MuchLoved for over three and half years, and comes to us after working as a Haematologist working in the labs of St George's and UCH in London.
Sarah manages the MuchLoved Support Team and our Funeral Director training, as well as looking after the monthly donations and general office management. She says her favourite thing about working for the charity is seeing the comfort that families get from their tribute pages.
Interesting fact: Sarah is a true Yorkshire girl at heart, and although she has been 'down South' for a long time now, as they say you can take the girl out of Yorkshire....
Jane has been a member of our Support Team for two years, and as well as supporting our partners she oversees parts of our charity payment process. She comes to MuchLoved from a career in Investment Banking in London and Melbourne.
Jane says the best part of her day is having the ability to help anyone at the end of the phone in their time of need.
Interesting fact: Jane is a keen runner and completed the 2014 London Marathon.
Kate is the newest member of the MuchLoved Support Team, and joined us in May 2020, after a career in technical software development, engineering and support.
Kate looks after training and on-going support for our partners and also works on our helpdesk. She says her favourite part of her job is discovering beautiful examples of tributes created some time ago that have received lots of contributions and have reached and benefitted so many people.
Interesting fact: Kate is a local Community Radio presenter on Red Kite Radio in Thame.
Amreen is our resident technical expert, on hand to help with everything from widgets to page creation. Amreen has been part of the team since August 2019 and is responsible for testing the MuchLoved system to ensure there are no problems, and providing in-house training to staff. Amreen says her favourite part of her job is being able to help others and learning something new every day.
Interesting fact: Amreen recently got married and spent over three days adding gems to her handmade wedding invitations!
