A series of short video guides for those new to MuchLoved, designed to help you get started using tribute funds.
You can personalise your tributes by setting up a custom title, tribute theme and default thoughts added on tribute creation. You can also link back to specific pages on your website, for example, pages with bereavement support advice.
If you have a specific sub-brand or appeal name for your tribute pages, you can ensure that all of your tributes have this branding included, so your supporters are more engaged and know that they are part of this appeal.
For example, if your tribute scheme is named the 'Forever Remembered Fund', you can add this wording to the default title of any tributes created via your service, e.g. 'Evelyn's Forever Remembered Fund'. This gives a sense of community to the tributes and makes supporters feel connected to your charity's scheme.
Tributes created through your service can use a bespoke tribute theme, which includes the bottom left corner image, central placeholder image, text and button colours. Please see this section for more information or contact support@muchloved.com.
You can also customise your logo that appears in the tribute footer. By default, this is set up to show your logo with a link to your website's homepage, but this can be linked to go to a specific URL - for example, bereavement resources on your charity's website. Alternatively, if you use a sub-brand for your tribute service, you may wish to add the logo of this sub-brand and link to pages on your website dedicated to this sub-brand.
The text in the 'Contribute' section can display using bespoke wording. This uses the forename or nickname of the tributee (depending on which they have chosen to use) to encourage visitors to add to the tribute. For example:
New tributes can have one or more default thoughts added to them, for example thanking the tribute owner for setting up the tribute to their loved one and thinking of the charity. The wording of these can be edited - please get in touch with your account manager or email support@muchloved.com.
