You can add a personalised thank you message in the email that we send out to donors with confirmation of their donation. You can demonstrate to the donor how much their donation is valued and what it means, and how their donation can make a difference. All of this can help build longer-term relationships with donors to secure their support in the future.
Your thank you message will appear in the ‘A message from <your charity name>' section in the donor thank you email.
If you would like to add a bespoke thank you message then please contact your account manager and they will be able to add this for you.
