Alerts

Set up automatic alerts and be notified of key activities such as a new tribute created or a payment being sent to your account.

Step 1: Log in to your Partner Area via www.muchloved.com

Click 'Login' at the top right of the screen, add your email address and password and click 'Login'.

Step 2: Once in your Partner Area click on the 'Manage' tab along the top and then again on 'Alert Preferences'.

Step 3: You can now set up email addresses to receive notifications. Click on the 'Add a new email address' button.

Step 4: Enter the email address where you would like notifications to be sent. You can select how often you would like to receive notifications. You can also uncheck any notifications you would not like to receive. Once you have made your selections click 'Save'.

Top tip: You can set up colleagues to receive alerts, they don't need to have an account with MuchLoved. Simply add their email address and select which alerts they should receive.

Editing notifications for existing email:

To edit the notifications an existing email address receives, select the email from the 'Email Filter' 'Any Email' drop down. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click 'Edit Alert Preferences'. You can then follow step 4 to change your preferences.

To delete an email address then select the email address and on the bottom click on the 'Remove this Email' button.

To add a Payment Alert

Often a Finance Department finds it useful to know that a payment has been made by MuchLoved. To set up a Payment Alert, select 'Payment Alert Preferences' from the 'Payments' tab and enter the email of the recipient.

Once again colleagues don't need to have an account with MuchLoved to receive alerts, simply add their email address and click 'OK'.
