Bespoke Page Artwork Requirements

Please note there is an administration charge of £130 plus VAT for all bespoke Dedication Pages.

Please provide us with the following so we can create a responsive Dedication Page for your campaign:

Campaign name, dates and URL

1. Your campaign name

2. Preferred URL - help make your page more recognisable to your audience.

Please indicate which URL you would like to use from the following:

  • Dedicationpage.org
  • Memorypage.org
  • Celebrationpage.org
  • Light-up-a-life.org
  • Sunflowermemories.org
  • Tributepage.org

Please note: each Dedication Page needs to be set up with a unique URL address so therefore it is best to include a prefix and a suffix e.g.

charityname.dedicationpage.org/campaignname

Artwork assets and colour specs

1. Your primary logo - as a png or jpg

2. Main image - a high resolution key image (ideally a banner) of your organisation/campaign/event - with clear space around the focal point, if possible, to prevent cropping. Please ensure there is no embedded text in the jpg.

Your image will be artworked into a 1900px x 700px banner, responsively designed to adapt to whatever device or screen a visitor may be using, for optimum display. 

Text is added independently of the image, so it displays correctly on all devices.

3. Button colour - the hex reference for your preferred button colour.

4. Background colour - the hex reference for your page background colour

5. Dedication motif - an optional 50px x 50px png or jpg, to display in the top corner of each dedication.  

Headings, body copy and button wording

1. Title of the page - please provide your wording

2. Page wording - a description (clear call-to-action) that will be displayed on the page. Please ensure copy is limited to a couple of sentences, if possible, to provide the best experience for phone users. 

3. Button wording - please provide concise wording for your call-to-action button text is too long it will not display correctly on mobile devices.

4. Website links - on the right-hand side of the page we can link back to your website, please provide the link titles and corresponding URL addresses.

Brand fonts

Licensed brand fonts - please supply as .ttf files. If unavailable, we will substitute with an unlicensed, similar, typeface.

Donation Setting 

Donation Setting Options - please select one of the following:

  • Donations only
  • Donations optional
  • Donations prevented or
  • Read-only

GDPR and optional messages

1. GDPR Marketing Ask - we'll collect postal and email opt-ins for those leaving a dedication and making a donation. For those only making a dedication, we can only collect email. Please supply your wording.

2. Optional dedication 'welcome' message - this is displayed to supporters as they start to create their dedication. It can be left blank, if preferred. Please supply your preferred wording.

3. Optional dedication messages for donors - this is displayed to donors on the ‘Enter Donation Amount’ screen when they make a donation. It can be left blank if preferred. Please supply your preferred wording

4. Dedication 'thank you' message - this is displayed to users once they have left a dedication, allowing you to thank them. Please supply your preferred wording

Tracking

The Dedication Page can have tags added to it for tracking performance or for marketing and advertising purposes. If you would like a GA Container added to your campaign page, please supply the email address or charity contact who needs access, to your Account Manager.

Before tags are added, you may need to review your user privacy notices and consent management to ensure compliance with the applicable data protection laws.

Cloning future pages

Once a Dedication Page has been created you can clone it for re-use. Depending on artwork, layout and css changes, administration fees will apply. Please consider any tracking codes used on the original page and whether they, too, can be cloned, or whether this affects your analytics.
