Alerts

Choose to receive an alert whenever a dedication is added to your page, or when a payment is sent to your account.

Step 1: Log in to your Partner Area via www.muchloved.com

Click 'Login' at the top right of the screen, add your email address and password and click 'Login'.

Step 2: Once in your Partner Area click on the 'Dedication Pages' tab along the top banner.

Step 3: Click on the campaign for which you want to receive alerts.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click on 'Configure subscriptions' link.

Step 5: Click 'Add new subscription' and a page will pop up where you can add your email and choose how often you want to receive information about dedications and donations added to your page.

Top tip: You can also add colleagues to receive alerts, and they don't need to have an account with MuchLoved. Simply add their email address and select which alerts they should receive.

Step 6: Choose which type of alerts to receive:

The Campaign activity summary alert summarises the number of dedications and donations (if applicable) that the page has received in the last day, week and month and the total received since the page was created.

The New dedications alert notifies you immediately when a new dedication is added. You can also refine this notification so you only receive an alert when a dedication is made that includes a donation.

Editing notifications for existing email:

To edit the notifications an existing email address receives, select the email from the 'Alert subscriptions' summary and select to either 'Edit subscription' or 'Delete subscription'. You can then follow step 6 to change your preferences.

To add a Payment Alert

Often a Finance Department finds it useful to know that a payment has been made by MuchLoved. To set up a Payment Alert, select 'Payments' from the blue menu bar and then the 'Payment Alert Preferences' option from the drop-down, and enter the email of the recipient.

Once again colleagues don't need to have an account with MuchLoved to receive alerts, just add their email address and click 'OK'.
